I'm 24 and married to a soldier at Ft Carson but he is moving to Germany indef. in the next few weeks and I'd like to find someone to rent out one of the additional rooms in my house to. Ideally I'd like to find someone relatively close to my age, clean and social. I don't want a renter to feel like they have to come home and go straight to their room. I want someone that's comfortable living here and feels like they can be on a friendly basis with me. I just don't want to have to be someone's maid is all. I do have dogs, well-behaved but playful. While it would be better if I didn't bring anymore dogs into the home, I'd be amicable to a renter having a small/medium dog as long as it was fully housebroken and gets along well with others. Please no other pets however.

The room itself is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, 2 side night stands, full dresser and a large closet with sliding doors.

The house has a laundry room you can use. Our 3rd bedroom is used for an office at the moment and you could use it also since my husband's things are moving out in less than 2 weeks. The basement can be used for storage if you have extra things (at the moment it's only partially finished), and there's a gym in the basement with free weights, cross-cable weights, treadmill and mat area with tv. I also have a 3 car garage and will shortly have the 3rd car organized so that you will have access to parking in the garage if you would like to use it. I don't mind if the renter uses any of the things I have in the house - ie. dishes, cookware, appliances, etc as long as nothing gets destroyed, so really, you don't need to have anything of your own in terms of furniture and the likes, because the house is already more or less complete. Just your own personal items. But, if you do have your own things, I can either move the furniture in the bedroom to the basement or you're welcome to store your stuff in our basement.

Rent is $400/mo and includes utilities (water, sewer, trash, electricity, propane). $150 deposit, but I can work with you on installments. This is for a single person, unfortunately I can't rent to couples at this time. Also, I would prefer a month-to-month contract with a renter but would be happy to consider 6 month contracts.

House is near Plattville and Purcell. It is a short drive from the city of Pueblo, and 30 min from my house to Gate 20 on Ft Carson.
