Property Manager (Pueblo Colorado)

We are seeking a Property Manager to assume the daily responsibilities associated with managing a 95 unit tax credit rental property. Experience is desirable, however, we will train a bright, energetic applicant. The Manager responsibilities include: Rent Collection, Deposits, Basic Bookkeeping, Filing, Rental Application preparation and review, managing maintenance work orders, operating the Property Management Software, and more. The Property Manager should be confident and assertive, motivated, honest and detail oriented. The successful candidate will have a desire to work hard and be available from time to time for after-hour emergencies. The Property Manager will manage the maintenance staff. Priority will be given to applicants with an AA degree or 2 years or more experience in the property management, customer service or related business industry. Excellent organization, computer, and communication skills are required. The ability to work independently is a must. A valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation and auto insurance is also required. Some outdoor or rental unit work responsibilities may be assigned as needed. On-Site housing is available and preferred but not required. Paid Holidays, Sick and Vacation time and Employer participating retirement plan is available. Attach Resume when replying.
