Bee swarms are the natural way that colonies divide to create a new colony. These swarms have no home and are looking for a nice tree hollow to move into.
Swarms start around mid April and typically continue until late July. They are very docile and generally will not sting.
Bee swarms may be in clumps hanging from branches, like pictured, or on the side of a building, fence, or even on the ground!
If you happen to find a swarm, please do not hurt it! Honey bee populations are struggling. Give us a call or text and we will promptly remove the bees for FREE!
We take the bees and give them a happy and safe home in one of our hives.
