I started this project years ago so it includes all of the major components including the 4 brand-new Cox .049 engines, complete set of drawings and instructions in the original magazine. It is patented, but the article includes a license to build an engine. It requires a small metal lathe, milling machine, and basic machining skills. You get it all for $25.
