Brand new in the package. Runs off of 3 AA batteries (NOT INCLUDED).
Closed it stands approx 5-1/4" tall. Fully open it stands approx 7-1/2" tall. The pop up top can be opened at different heights to allow a different amount of light to shine.
The top has a flashlight and 2 modes of flashing red lights.
Has folding handles on each side for carrying and hanging from an object. Has a folding hook in the base allowing it to be hung upside-down.
The base also has magnets so it can stick to metal objects.
Good for camping and/ or power outages.
