Looking for a reliable full-time maintenance guy to handle upkeep and repairs on residential properties around Pueblo.
You'll be doing all the regular hands-on stuff — fixing plumbing leaks and clogs, patching drywall, painting, minor flooring repairs, landscaping and yard work, basic appliance troubleshooting, and whatever else comes up to keep things running smooth for the tenants. Every day is a little different, but it's steady work.
No experience needed — if you're a hard worker who's willing to show up on time and learn, we'll train you the way we do things. This is a good spot if you've got anywhere from zero to 3-5 years in maintenance, handyman work, or general labor and want consistent full-time hours instead of bouncing around.
