About This Role
Priority Process Serve is expanding its coverage into Southern Colorado and is seeking Process Servers to join our network in the Pueblo and Trinidad areas.
As an Independent Contractor with Priority Process Serve, you will receive assignments through our secure Client Portal, complete service attempts, and submit GPS-verified proof of service - all on your own schedule. We provide the work; you provide the professionalism and local knowledge.
This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals who are familiar with Southern Colorado streets, communities, and courthouses, and who want consistent, well-paying work with a reputable company.
Requirements
✓ Must be 18 years of age or older
✓ Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance
✓ Smartphone with GPS capability for documentation
✓ Ability to serve documents in Pueblo and Trinidad communities
✓ Must have immediate access to a printer and optionally, a scanner to print and scan documents and affidavits
✓ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written service instructions precisely
✓ Professional demeanor and appearance
✓ Prior Process Serving Experience Is A Plus
✓ Must be able to pass a Background Check
