Join Key Structures, an innovative manufacturer of modular construction, located in Pueblo, Colorado. We are currently seeking a Production Foreman that is dedicated, energetic, and a self-starter. As Production Foreman, you will oversee production teams and ensure that team operations are safe and efficient, and that the team meets production schedule while maintaining high quality.

Position Title: Production Foreman
Position Reports to: Production Manager
Location: Pueblo, CO
Career Level: Salaried - Exempt
Salary: Full Time, Exempt Salary $40K - $50K (DOE)
Schedule: 8–10-hour shifts, Monday – Friday, w/occasional Saturdays

Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and five (5) years’ experience performing and coordinating component manufacturing activities, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Prior experience working in homebuilding or manufacturing industry highly desired
Primary Operational Objectives: Oversees and supervises all components of production activities at a specific location for assigned shift; including planning, coordinating, and assigning work to meet or exceed output and productivity goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
•Trains and manages production employees on the assigned shift.
•Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.
•Provides constructive and timely performance feedback.

•Oversees production operations on assigned shift.
Ability to effectively manage crews of 15+ employees.
•Skill in verbal and written communication, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly.
•Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
•Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
•Troubleshoots issues that arise.
•Notifies maintenance department of equipment problems.
•Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
•Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn. Company will provide.
•Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
•Management of Subcontractors.
•Meets with teams and lead workers to inform them of daily, weekly, monthly production goals; encourage questions and suggestions and provides feedback on accomplishments and upcoming challenges to keep employees involved and motivated in accomplishing goals.
•Review and approval of direct reports weekly timesheets in ADP payroll system.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
•Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
•Experience in residential and commercial construction.
•Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
•OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30, highly desired
•Ability and dexterity to work on ladders, scaffolds, and/or stilts.
•Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, material, equipment, and personnel.
•Knowledge of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction, and decimals.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Must possess time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.
•Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
•Attend all job site meetings whenever scheduled.
•Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
•Physical dexterity to use hand tools and equipment
•Manufacturing environment, moderate to loud noise levels
•Good physical condition and stamina
•Must be able to stand and walk the production facility for long periods of time
•Must successfully pass a drug screening

In addition to the base wage amount for this position, team members are eligible to earn an additional incentive. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the incentive plan.
