WANTED: Acreage for Family Agritourism & Agricultural Education Project (Owner Financing Considered)
A growing Colorado agricultural education and agritourism project is seeking acreage for a long-term family destination focused on animals, agriculture, education, conservation, and rural tourism.
The vision is to create a place where families can spend meaningful time together outdoors while learning about animals, farming, food production, pollinators, conservation, and agricultural heritage. Planned features include interactive animal experiences, educational exhibits, school field trips, youth programs, agricultural demonstrations, seasonal events, and future community gathering spaces.
Seeking:
• 20–50+ acres preferred to start
• Expansion potential is highly desirable
• Owner financing / seller carry considered
• Agricultural, rural residential, or appropriately zoned property
• Existing well and power are a plus, but not required
• Highway frontage or tourism visibility is beneficial
• Southern Colorado preferred, but open to opportunities
• Existing barns, outbuildings, fencing, or agricultural infrastructure are a bonus
