I've been residing in a county (Pueblo) 5yrs?
I'd really like to move from my current location ASAP. But it has to be at the beginning of the month
I believe someone that might be open to purchasing some type of real estate either now or as a future goal, fulfilment. Like everything else in life. It's important to have stable shelter. For me, It's extremely sensitive as I know how quickly life's curve balls can change our realities. Heck, I lost my shelter regardless of the FACT, I never missed, was late or behind on rent (mortgage, as a previous homeowner) payments. My credit rating was in the good range.
Where I'm currently residing. I've never missed or been late on rent.
At the very least, I believe my (*true) first roommate(s) should be as reliable as I'm proclaiming to you.
Heck let's be honest, Nothing is guaranteed. But it's important to be realistic. Many instances that bring us to consider having to share personal space with complete strangers (sometimes close family can be strangers...You know what I mean 😵💫)
I believe a roommate that works outside the home would blend better than a work at home roommate
A roommate that has pets would also blend well. And if you are like me. Dislike leaving pets alone. I can cover it. However, Don't let such points diswade you from reaching out.
Lmk if you are open to increasing income as well. A win, win win for allllll involved

No evictions, criminal record or mindset, No illegal Rx or alcohol vice (mj, ok) Have verifiable income. But embarrassing low. I'm open to pulling extra work to help out for the furtherance of long term success/serenity
