Wild, Unassigned Team - Contractor is contacted by FedEx between 6-8AM and is given the schedule for later that same morning.
Once they have the run information, they will call drivers to let them know what time they will be leaving out later that day and is typically between 8AM to Noon.
Drivers will leave out of Henderson and will go where they are needed based on available freight, out 5-6 days, if out a full 5 days drivers will have a full 2 days off for reset
Pay & Benefits:
$0.77CPM-$0.87CPM (4,500 to 6,000 miles weekly, miles split)
$0.74 CPM to start, $0.03 CPM - quarterly bonus, if tractor exceeds over 6,000 miles 2 weeks in a row will receive $0.05 CPM extra

Pay reference: 5,200 miles make drivers gross $2,000 a week

Requirements:
At least 21 years or older.
Valid Class A CDL.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and DOT physical.
Must have or be willing to obtain Doubles/Triples Endorsement before road test.
At least 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the last 3 years is OR 6 months experience and graduated from a FedEx approved school.
